Yesterday they gave me a roomie who has a kidney infection. She goes home today. She is twenty and is in the picture below. Asari is her name. I was able to give her mom and her a tract. We used the Japanese translator on my phone to help. Please pray they will visit our services or the Gardners' special services for Christmas. The Gardner Family has been here for over 30 years and have planted several churches.
Also, I met a lady while walking around the nurses station. She had a big surgery last wednesday and is in a private room. She is lonely so I stopped and picked her up on my way around yesterday morning. The nurses thought it was cute. Pray that somehow I can witness to her. Her name is Rika. She speaks no English.
Have a good day and rememeber that God Is good ALL the time!!

is such a comfort to know that we aren't going through this alone.
Mom is okay, but could be a lot better. She said she rested pretty
well though the night, but she is still in quite a bit of pain.
There was a language barrier problem concerning pain medication, but
they are working it all out right now...hopefully.
Please continue to pray for mom that the pain will subside, that she
can get good rest, and that the recovery time will be swift.
Hopefully next time she will be able to put in a short post herself. :-)

We just walked mom to the operating room (well at least as far as we
could go). She is doing good, and was in high spirits as she walked
in. Thank you for all of your prayers. I will post another update
once we know more.

I have a hair appointment for Tuesday. My hairdresser is going to cut it off to just above the shoulders. She doesn't want to, but it will all be off my head in a couple of months anyway. This will make it much easier for me while I am in the hospital and bathing will be restricted.
Well, that is all for now. Just wanted you all to know what a wonderful day we have had so far. I need to take a nap as by the afternoon, I am wiped out!!!! God bless and may He give you all a wonderful Sunday also!

Well, Dec 18 the doctor might have a cancelation, if not I will be having surgery on Jan 5.
Yesterday was a long day and I made it through. A little weary, but praise the Lord for His strength.
I have invasive ductal carcinoma. Looks like the axillary lymph nodes in my left arm have the cancer also. They found a lymph node in my neck and a spot on my lung they will be watching. Dr thinks not metastisis. Radiology thinks is. The Lord knows and in His time we will know. I am at stage IIb, at least for now. The main tumor is a grade 3. They also found 5 more masses. We knew about two of them, but not the other three. For those who know, my HER2 is a score of 3+. My ER is + and my PR is -. This has to do with hormones.
I will have chemo and once the nodes are checked to be sure, I will also have radiation. I praise the Lord for the doctor He gave me. Continue to pray for healing and especially that Dr Ueda will be saved through this.
I am saying with David, "I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.". I believe to see!!!!!
